Find the optimal tightness of QuadBandit for your workout. Tighten the band, as necessary, when doing a high intensity workout, such as sprints or box jumps.
Position the QuadBandit at the correct height on your thigh. Position QuadBandit on your thigh a few inches above the bottom of the pocket that will hold your phone.
Find the best position for the small loop. Generally, you want to position the small loop that holds your phone towards the front of your thigh -- this is usually where the pocket of your shorts or pants will naturally lie. However, position the small loop on the side of your leg when doing a lift or movement (such as deadlifts or burpees) where the barbell or ground comes into contact with the front of your thigh.
