Shipping is free.

Your QuadBandit will be sent First Class via USPS. It should arrive within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will refund your sale if you return the item within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We’re happy to replace your item if it’s damaged or defective. Send us a picture and description of the problem at info@quadbandit.com and we will get you a replacement as soon as possible.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
